UK based startup company Riversimple hopes to have its fuel cell car design, named the Rasa, in production by 2018. The lightweight Rasa (1146 pounds) will boast an 8.5 kW fuel cell stack, giving it  a top speed of 60 mph and a 300 mi range. It will not be leased or sold but customers will be able to gain access to a Rasa through a monthly subscription.
